Medication and vitals belong in one timeline — especially when INR affects warfarin dosing, or blood pressure matters alongside a daily tablet. Medication Timer logs health readings next to doses on Today so you see the full picture for each family member.
Vitals you can track
Enable reading types per member as your care plan requires, including:
- Blood pressure (systolic / diastolic)
- INR (anticoagulation monitoring)
- Resting heart rate
- Blood oxygen (SpO₂)
- Respiratory rate
- Weight
- Blood glucose — mg/dL or mmol/L
- Temperature — also available via Temperatures and Care
Set optional targets and reminders on supported types; reminders open Today on mobile when they fire.
One view on Today
The Today dashboard shows scheduled routines, logged doses, and due or completed readings for the selected day. Expand growth or body metric rows when reminders or same-day logs apply — without cluttering quiet days.
Trends and reports (Family Care)
Review longer charts and trends for readings with Family Care. Include vitals in family reports for clinic visits — especially useful for warfarin clinics, hypertension follow-ups, and diabetes management alongside medication adherence.
Free plan limits
Each family member on the free plan can have up to three combined scheduled dose routines plus enabled health readings. The household total across members cannot exceed twelve. Family Care removes these caps.
You can still log temperatures and use core timers freely within other free limits — the slot cap applies to enabled routine/reading schedules per profile.
Care vs chronic vitals
Use Care for acute illness vitals (especially fever) scoped to a session. Use health readings and routines for ongoing conditions — post-operative heart recovery, anticoagulation, hypertension, and similar long-running plans.
Availability
Free: Health reading logging within per-member and household slot limits; Today view for last three calendar days of full detail.
Family Care: Unlimited routines and readings, trends, reports, reminders without slot caps.
Log your first reading
Open Family → Health readings for a member, enable the types you need, and log from Today or the readings screen. Set a reminder if your care plan requires regular checks.
