What is the Today screen?

Today is your daily dashboard: what’s scheduled, what’s due, and what you’ve already logged for the calendar day you select. You can move between days using the horizontal date strip at the top.

It ties together medication routines, doses you’ve recorded, health readings like INR or blood pressure, and—when due or already logged—growth and body metric readings in one place. Tap the sprout or scale icon beside Readings to expand growth and body metric rows without cluttering quiet days.

If no Growth & Development or Body metrics have been logged for a family member in about 30 days (and they do not already have a reminder for those readings), Today may show a soft check-in card below the member list. You can open their charts or measurements, or choose Not now to hide the card for 30 days on that device.

When someone is in an active Care session, Today may show a Next up banner with the same urgency signals as the Care tab, including Snooze for a ten-minute deferral.
