Do shared reminders clear when someone else logs a dose?

Yes, on updated mobile builds with notifications enabled.

When every medication in a shared time slot is marked Taken or Skipped, this phone clears that slot’s reminder (including the urgent follow-up if it was still showing). Logging or skipping a shared health reading clears that reading’s reminder the same way. Other caregivers on Family Care get a best-effort silent wake so their phones can cancel the same alerts even if the app was in the background.

Limits: iOS may delay or skip some silent wakes. If a reminder is still visible on another phone, open the app once (or tap the notification) and it will sync and clear. The website does not schedule these local dose alerts.
