Use the same account on web, mobile, or the Chrome extension. Your timers, family, medications, and history stay with your account—you don’t start over when you switch devices.

  • Email and password — enter the same email and password on each device (including the Chrome side panel).
  • Google or Apple (mobile) — tap Continue with Google or Continue with Apple on the new phone or tablet. You must use the same provider account you used originally (or link providers first—see How do I sign in with Google or Apple?).

Note: The Chrome extension currently signs in with email and password only. See How do I install and use the Chrome extension?

Pro tip: After signing in on a new phone or browser, give the app a moment to load your data on first open.
