When you already follow a plan that spaces two different medicines, you can turn on Also stagger another medication while adding an as-needed timer. Medication Timer logs the medicine you just gave, then creates a synced stagger follow-up for the second medicine. The follow-up is a pending suggestion with a due time, not a dose taken in advance.

Steps

1. Open Add timer from Care, Timers, or an as-needed flow.
2. Choose the member, first medication, dosage, and administered time as usual.
3. Turn on Also stagger another medication (use only a stagger that matches the label or advice you already follow).
4. Pick the second medication, dosage, and Stagger duration.
5. Review Next suggested, then save.

Shared caregivers see the same follow-up after sync and can receive its due reminder. Completing the follow-up logs the second medicine; skipping or cancelling it does not invent a dose. Each medicine keeps its own spacing and 24-hour maximum rules.

With Family Care, you can Save as quick timer after configuring a stagger so the pair and duration are ready next time. Launching a staggered quick timer still asks you to review before anything is logged.

Core stagger setup does not require Family Care. The app does not decide which medicines should be taken together.
